I worked for 15 years with the needs of people in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina and Hurricane Ike, Midwest flooding and tornadoes in multiple locations, a Haiti earthquake and Drought. I’m passionate about training and empowering leaders to develop recovery responses and care ministries. This includes business preparedness for disaster/crises, programs for emotional-spiritual outreach and care, short-term team responses, and discovering the unique calling of your team to respond to help others in need.
